Todd Stevenson
Owner
Todd opened Medicare Instructors 10 years ago with one clear principle in mind: Seniors don't want to be sold, rather they want to be educated by an experienced and knowledgable representative. With over 20 years in the industry, Todd's experience having worked in both the corporate and agency sides of the insurance industry, he offers a unique perspective that his clients appreciate. He is an avid outdoorsman with adventures that take him fishing, mountain biking and exploring the Teton Valley. Todd is a Nebraska native (Go Cornhuskers!) with a soft spot for the University of Oregon where he met his wife of over 20 years, Gina.
Gina Stevenson

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Gina fell into the insurance industry by accident over 20 years ago when she worked in a property and casualty (home and auto) agency. An active Rotarian, she's worked and volunteered with a number of nonprofit organizations and has a special place in her heart for arts and education focused organizations. An avid Oregon Ducks fan, when not in the office, you’ll find Gina hosting friends and family for dinner. Together with Todd, they are proud parents of three sons and grandparents to two very busy little boys.
Ashley Cook

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, the outdoors is embedded in Ashley's blood. She enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, trips to the beach to clam or crab, but most of all she enjoys doing these activities with her family. Ashley married her high school sweetheart and share two amazing kids together. If they aren’t spending their free time outside, then they're usually watching kids’ sporting events. Like most, she fell into the insurance industry by accident and has been loving it every since.
Frances Ramirez

Frances spent over 15 years in the medical field. She realized after her time spent in the field the importance of having the right Medicare plan. Ever since, she has been with Medicare Instructors gladly educating our customers and finding them the plan that suits them most. Frances is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. She enjoys cooking. Taking long walks with her dog Kenai and loves being the mom of two beautiful boys.
